PCB Prestige is a veteran-owned private boat tour business serving Panama City Beach from Sun Harbor Marina in Panama City. Captain Justin offers one flexible three-hour tour for up to six guests. Choose dolphin watching, Shell Island beach time and shell searching, snorkeling, or a combination at the dock. The final departure is the sunset tour. Your group has a private 26-foot boat with shade and a bathroom; activities depend on weather, water clarity, and safe conditions.
Meet Captain Justin, Your Licensed Local Captain
I’m Captain Justin, owner and operator of PCB Prestige Private Dolphin & Snorkel Tours and a Marine Corps veteran. I hold a U.S. Coast Guard 50-ton Master Captain’s License and am a PADI Divemaster, with approximately 12 years as a licensed captain and 10 years working in boat tours. I love sharing the waters of St. Andrews Bay and Shell Island with families visiting Panama City Beach. Whether you’re watching wild dolphins, trying snorkeling for the first time, or exploring the shoreline, I’ll help you feel comfortable, answer your questions, and tailor your three-hour private tour to your group’s interests and the day’s conditions. My priorities are safety, respectful wildlife viewing, and making your time on the water a highlight of your vacation.
Our Boat: Comfortable, Clean & Family-Friendly
Your tour takes place on a 26-foot powerboat designed for comfort and stability. There’s a bathroom on board, shaded seating, and plenty of space to move around and take photos. We keep the boat clean and well-maintained so you can focus on enjoying the experience, not worrying about the details. Because every charter is private, you never share the boat with strangers. The pace, music (if any), and stops are all tailored to your group.

We believe the best dolphin encounters are respectful and natural. We never chase, crowd, or feed dolphins. Instead, we give them space and let them choose how close to come. This creates a safer, more relaxed experience for both your family and the animals. Safety is always the first priority. Before leaving the dock, you’ll get a simple safety briefing. Life jackets are available for all ages, and your captain continuously monitors conditions to keep the trip comfortable and secure.
